Six usability fixes for a platform serving 2,500+ organizations

Ran moderated usability sessions on WebMD's mobile wellness platform, then rebuilt the navigation, information architecture, and first-time flows into six recommendations delivered with annotated mockups. WebMD's UX team confirmed the findings matched their own concerns.
